Pain or Pleasure

Pain and happiness are two sides of the same coin. If you have ability to feel pain, definitely you have the power to grasp happiness. The pain and pleasure are the state of mind. When we learn to master out mind, we are the master of happiness and sadness.

To become the lord or master of our mind or pain and pleasure, first we must understand why we are slave of sorrow and joy. Why we flow in these moments?
Answer is, Eachone of us has many desires. When one desire accomplishes, we generate the next desire and keep on going. If these desires remain unfulfilled or partly fulfilled, they create unhappiness. This way life revolves around stress creating situations.

In the midst of greed, anxiety and disatisfaction, we have to search happiness. It can only come through eliminating pain.

In the sea, there are disturbances only on the surface, deep inside, there is tranquillity. This approach to life of remaining calm despite turbulence outside- could help us overcome suffering.

With pratice and devotion, encourage the desire to find the Supreme Truth. There lies no suffering, only a state of perfect happiness.

"What should I do with my life or in my career” is a question of everyone who is disappointed, puzzled, defeated by self’s expectations. There are few ways by which you can discover yourself and precede a positive, successful life.

1.Trust transformation. Hard times are a natural part of life because life is a continuous measure of our potential, the greater we stretch our capabilities the more we can gain from life.

2.Take the first step to make changes in your life and keep it in daily life.

3.Practice to hear your true desires through inner voice. Let the inner voice take the shape and steer of your life.

4.Dwell in possibilities. Explore your life and unearth all the things that brings you joy.

5.Happiness is a demand of every human being. No one wish to live a sorrowful life. So, take an opportunity to appraise your happiness and see yourself that you are fulfilled with your desires.

Subsidiary effect of common cold

Common cold is a very common disease seen every where but the side effects often seen are not observed by every one. Today in the news paper I read the notes of survey of AC Nielsen for a pharmaceutical company.

As common
cold is the contagious disease which can heal without antibiotics, they just need symptomatic treatement. Indians prefer to take a lot of precautions like affected mothers tend to stay away from their little ones, fearing instant transmission.
A majority of urbanites suffering from sniffles affect the productivity in office. 29% tend to leave work early, while 23% simply stay at home.

30% of men want to be left alone, they abstain from sex. 27% women and 25% men avoid kissing while nursing runny noses and fighting general discomfort. Overall, 18% of those surveyed even avoided holding their's parteners hands. The only silver lining to this fact is 18% of the men felt that women sounded sexy on the phone when they had a cold.

58% of mothers ensured that their children didn't play with other children suffering from a cold and 81% of over-protective mums don't allow their children to play outside if the sky is cloudy.

The survey found that 57% of women rushed to doctors as compared to 47% men. People are least social while battling the snifles.

SALT :Know some facts

Humans have a close connection with salt, tears, blood, sweat - all taste salty. The chemical reactions inside the body require sodium, one of the elements that make up salt with chloride - sodium chloride.

Salt has been discovered by natural sources such as salty springs, sea water, etc. All salts that reach your table, are either mined or come directly from the sea and are produced by evaporation. All are nutritionally the same except for a few differences. Salt has always been a key component in preserved food

Anger

Most often, anger is a mixture of emotions such as guilt, jealously, fear, hurt, frustration, anxiety or sadness. But because we are unable to identify these emotions, we express them as anger.
It doesn't take much to set someone off in a fit of rage today. The rise in the number of homicide and suicide cases is an indication of low level of tolerance in our society. With stress levels on the rise, especially at the workplace, patience and understanding take a back seat. But when it comes to the line of control, those who have crossed it say that it brings out the worst in them, like resorting to physical assault and property damage
