Depression can become your Inspiration
A woman sacrifices her dreams to give the best to family and when family members are busy in their work, she starts becoming depressed. This depression I have attuned in a positive manner which has now become my Inspiration. I gathered my memories in bits and pieces, when I was working as a centre manager in a leading computer institute. At that time my main job was to do counselling and liaisoning work.
I believe everyday is a blessing and full of opportunities. It made me to turn my drawing room in my counselling office, which has now blossom.
Everyday fetch out some time for yourself, sit calmly and think "What thing or circumtances are making you depressed" . Blow this thought in the air. Now see the other side of the coin "What is your wish or how you want to look yourself" ?
Now try to accomplish your wish. You have to become the pioneer to help yourself and you will see many hands are trying to fulfil your dreams. It may take time but one fine day, your dreams will come true.
