Detoxification of Mind

We always talk about detoxification of body but our mind needs more relaxation because we are constantly dealing with frustration, lack of sleep, insomnia and over work. Mental detoxification will clear our minds of negative thought patterns.


Few simple ways for mind detoxification
1. Decrease overloading of information : This means allowing yourself for some time in a day in which you do not read the newspaper, get online, watch TV or listen radio so that mind can take rest.

2. Clear your mind : Clear mind means delete negative thoughts and fears by meditation and deep breathing. There are many types of meditation like concentrating on eye brow chakra or gazing at nose tip. You can select by your choice.

Note : Start meditation under the guidance of Guru.
